Head of Sales (Based in Dubai)

Coberg is a global Salesforce consulting firm across EMEA with focus on Middle East. We have been growing 2x for the past 3 years and we are looking for a top candidate that would be the Head of Sales leading the Delivery Centre operations which is in Cairo,Egypt. The position will be based in Dubai, UAE, and we will be facilitating the move with a reallocation package to the right candidate.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue, expand our client base, and ensure the success of our sales operations in the technical consulting domain.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, setting short-term and long-term objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, exploring new prospects and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Direct the sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with the company’s technical offerings.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and issue resolution.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their potential and exceed expectations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant business qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technical consulting industry, with a track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of technical consulting services, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
