The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. He/she oversees and has accountability for all aspects of projects. This individual sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. The PM prepares reports for upper management and executive client teams regarding the status of projects and raises red flags when appropriate. He/she relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The PM leads and directs the work of others, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is also expected.
Responsibilities:
Works effectively individually and with Coberg and customer team members toward customer satisfaction and success
Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
Is able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager
Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors
Can be called on to take a lead role in Coberg sales initiatives related to areas of expertise

Required Skills/Experience:
Technical Background / Degree Program preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
Able to discuss experience with Salesforce.com or similar Salesforce, or learn and get certified
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Able to discuss the benefits of a Software as a Service Model
Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SFA, or ERP
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and at 0-3 years of consulting experience or in a related area.
Obtain Salesforce Certifications are required by role, upon hire.
